How to return goods / recall order:

Ordered goods are sent entirely at the expense and risk of the purchaser.

• Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
• After cancellation buyer has again 14 days to send your product back.
• Buyer will be credited with the total amount, including shipping.
• The costs for the return from your home address to the shop is on buyers account and will cost at least € 10,--. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging must be returned. To exercise this right, you can use the withdrawal form.
• The order amount will be returned within 14 days after receipt of the product.

Customers outside the EU:
Ordered goods can not be returned and credited.
